Programs & Services
Being a parent is the toughest job you'll ever have, but with the right skills, knowledge and experience it can be the most rewarding.
Each of our different parenting programs can teach you new ways of understanding your child's needs, interacting with each other, how to develop more positive family relationships, and other new skills for coping with the stress of being a parent.
Parenting classes are offered free of charge in various community locations throughout the year. Free meals and childcare are offered for classes offered on Tuesday nights.
Our children’s curriculum teaches children about communication, role modeling, negotiation, self-nurturing and making good choices.
While the majority of the participants are those who simply want to strengthen their families and find support, our Programs are also recognized as an acceptable curriculum for foster parents, child care workers, CASA volunteers, DFCS and Family Court situations.
For enrollment in any of our programs and to answer any questions you may have, contact 770-483-7333.
